DevShed has a user run forum.

Hey'ya folks. If you're new to this blog and you've scrolled this far, my compliments to you. I'll use this first post to explain what the initial purpose of this blog is. As I develop PHP applications, I plan on using this to keep up with cool functions, notes, and various items that may be helpful for other php folks. In that, I hope that you will respond and encourage me in this quest. Whatever the case, we'll see how it goes.
